CRITICAL ILLNESS COVER

This policy can be combined with Life Insurance and is designed to pay out a lump sum if the policy holder dies or is diagnosed with a critical illness during the term of the policy. The illnesses covered will be long term, and as the name suggests – Critical.

The policy also provides cover for less severe conditions, these are called additional payments. Please see policy documents for more information on these.

When a claim is paid for a full payment condition, the policy ends and you won't have to pay any more premiums.

Many policies will also cover your children part of your policy at no extra cost.

Why do I need Critical Illness Cover?

Illness is indiscriminate. This policy can support you through the darkest days.

We believe it is better to be safe than sorry? If you have a family to financially support, this insurance cover could be worth the conversation with us.

The proceeds of the policy can help to provide for your family, help pay off mortgages or loans or make adjustments to your home if you were too, for example, suffer a stroke or become permanently disabled.

It could also help you to pay for necessary treatment should it be required.

We are sure that you will agree that it’s important for you and your family to be financially secure should the main breadwinner become seriously ill or pass away.
